Exhibit Hall Rules and Regulations
Horticulture
All entries must be on official entry form (included in the hard copy schedule or can be found linked on the Clarecastle Show Society website) and must reach the Secretary on or before August 2nd 2024
An Entry Fee of €4 must be paid by August 2nd 2024 per exhibit for all Horticulture classes and must accompany the entry form.
All exhibits in vegetable, flower and fruit classes must be grown by the exhibitor. The Committee has decided on a random inspection of exhibitor gardens before the Show.
All exhibitors in flower, fruit and vegetable classes must have their exhibits in position in the exhibit hall on Sunday August 11th 2024 by 10.15am. The Hall will be opened at 8am until 10.15am on the morning of the Show. Judging will commence at 10.30am sharp.
No exhibit may be removed before 4.30pm on August 11th 2024.
No prizes will be awarded unless there is a minimum of three entries in any one class.
Exhibitors may enter more than one exhibit in any class.
Hall opened to Public at 1pm, after Judging.
No entries on day of Show.
Home Produce, Crafts and Amateur Photography

An entry fee of €4 must be paid before August 2nd 2024 per exhibit for all Home Produce, Craft Work and Amateur Photography classes and must accompany the entry form.
All exhibits in Home Produce, Craft Work, Amateur Photography and Children’s Section classes must be the work of the exhibitor and not previously exhibited.
All exhibitors in Home Produce, Craft Work, Amateur Photography and Children’s section classes must have their exhibits in position in the exhibit hall on Sunday August 11th before 10.15am. The Exhibit Hall will open at 8am until 10.15am on the morning of the Show. Judging will commence at 10.30am sharp.

These regulations will be strictly enforced and any breach will result in forfeiture of entry fees and prize money and disqualification in class.
